Hi Kathie, Thank you for your inquiry! Our smoked turkeys have been very popular the past couple years, but unfortunately we are now too busy in the restaurant to smoke so many large turkeys on the smokers (we smoked 98 last year!) However, if you care to order any of the other smoked meats by the pound such as brisket, pulled pork, smoked chicken or sliced turkey breast, you may do so through the webside COLT804.com, under "catering." If your order is small (for under 10 people) just call the restaurant 928-634-1140 and place a "togo" order for what you need, to pick up the day before Thanksgiving, as we are closed on Thanksgiving Day. Yes! We are serving authentic brined and smoked corned beef, carrots, cabbage and potatoes, with 2 Irish style brews on tap. If we have some left after that evening, we make grilled sandwiches the next day! We always have fun on St. Patti’s day!! Join the fun!
